Administrative Assistant - Accounts Payable

Texas Iron and Metals is a Houston based full line metals service center that sells and processes a variety carbon steel structural, pipe, plate and miscellaneous other products.

This position will be primarily responsible for answering inbound calls, processing accounts payable and provide administrative support for the President and General Manager. This person will also be responsible for performing tasks utilizing Excel, Word and Steel Plus software packages. Additional responsibilities will be to fill in for the Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant when he /she is on vacation or absent.
