Job Description

This position performs file management, data entry, secretarial and general administrative duties

to support attorneys and the legal team. You will do data entry and typing of general

correspondence and legal documents, track legal invoices, handle mail, faxing, and filing. This

position will maintain travel and meeting calendars, review daily mail and expense reports,

coordinate communication with foreign offices and law firms.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the legal or related field

• Experience with trademarks and other intellectual property a plus

• Must be highly motivated self-starter



organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, command of the English language and grammar, and

• Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, Dictaphone, and typing skills

• Accuracy in work is essential
