About Us:Since 1966, Patio Enclosures, Inc. has grown from a small local company to become an industry leader.  We’re the largest manufacturer and installer of Sunrooms in the industry.  We are one of America’s top 40 casual furniture retailers (Casual Living magazine).  Our Superstores, located in Northeast Ohio and Pittsburgh, offer a full line of casual furniture, gas grills, fireplaces and accessories.  As an employee owned company, we take pride in each Sunroom we produce to earn your satisfaction!  Our products are distributed through company owned Branches, Franchises and Dealers, each working hard to provide you with the finest Sunrooms at a competitive price. Summary:Provide administrative support to Commercial Sunroom Products.  Responsible for ensuring that scheduling and coordinating of installations, customer service, management reports, accounting functions and other administrative and operational functions are performed in accordance with Company guidelines. Job Knowledge & Experience Required:Detail oriented person with good orgaizational, accounting, and communications skills (written and verbal).  Minimum of ten years experience in general office skills, basick accounting functions and procedures.  Knowledge of computers, word processing and spreadsheet programs. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Review paperwork and contracts for accuracy and completeness and make sure that jobs are placed on the books in a timely fashion. Liaison between salesperson, customer and installation.  Ensure that customer and contract issues are solved and/or sent to right person to be solved. Maintain all contract paperwork, including permits, prevailing wage requirements, etc. Coordinate job scheduling, track target dates, payments, invoicing and requirements. Liaison between manufacturing, Branch and SCP on job status, labor, and other job requirements. Ongoing tracking and reporting estimate vs. actual job costing. Track labor and material costs.  Perform cost analysis on current systems. Review and/or perform all accounting functions including A/R; A/P; monthly, quarterly, yearly closings etc. Ensure that all job related personnel and payroll information is processed in a timely manner. Liaison between project manager, owner and general contractor to ensure timely invoicing and tracking of payments.     Company: Patio Enclosures, Inc.
