Seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and goal oriented Staff Accountant.  Responsible for various accounting processes, general ledger, tax for several entities and driver of development for our future team of accounting professionals.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDriver of Month-end close, review and reporting.Assure regulatory compliance with state/federal mandates.Supports the development and growth of future team of accounting professionals.General Ledger.Financial Statement preparation for several entities, with possible consolidation responsibilities.Tax filings state/federal as mandated.Knowledge and Skills RequiredGreat Plains a plusMust have exceptional communication skills at all levels.Self starter, must hit the ground running.Advanced Excel and word skills.Must be able to work with minimum supervision.Must be detail oriented within a rapidly growing company.Must have knowledge of GAAPQualifications, Education and Work ExperiencesBachelor's Degree in Accounting required.5+ years solid accounting background.Public experience preferred.CPA a plus.Proficient in Great Plains.Strong computer skills including all MS Office applications.Previous SEC experience and/or IPO experience a plus.Job BenefitsCompetitive salary and solid benefit package for the right candidate.All resumes received will be kept  confidential.
