Individually or as part of a team led by more senior business analysts the following is expected of the individual selected:

1)Perform analyses involving retail customer usage characteristics & associated revenue

2)Monitor, evaluate & administer retail customer incentive programs, demand side management programs, & Ohio School Counsel Programs

3)Acquire a working knowledge of practices & policies of the Ohio regulatory environment

4)Develop rate case support & schedule documents

5)Interface with various work groups throughout the Company. Individual would also be introduced to Sarbanes-Oxley requirement & related activities. Individual will learn Brio (Query tool) and SAP (Accounting/Finance tool) 

1)B.A./B.S. Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field

2)Academic project work in analysis of data

3)Experience in presenting results of analyses

4)Experience as part of an academic or business team charged with completing a business related objective

5)Computer Skills: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet Usage

6)Accessing large computer systems to gather information

7)Other Skills: Strong analytical skills, Customer Service experience demonstrated in academic performance, ability to work under pressure, ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

8)Individual will be required to have excellent written and oral communication skills
