Assistant Controller

Casella Construction, Inc - This well established 20 year old company seeks an assistant controller to become an integral part of our management team.  The top candidate will join a company that is a regional leader in site work construction and landfill construction of all types.  We operate three additional divisions each with their own unique accounting challenges.  We have grown substantially in the past several years and have developed a strong capacity to succeed in this dynamic and competitive industry. 

 

 

Casella Construction is committed to generating useful management information for all aspects of its operations and along with utilizing technology to reach this objective.  The demands of the work environment require an individual who is versatile and is willing to grow and take on varied and increased job responsibilities.  Experience in attaining a strong grasp of sophisticated accounting systems is essential, as is a depth of experience with IT systems and development.  The most immediate opportunity for this position is to lead the company to fully implementing its IT capacities.
