The Assistant Controller will complete process reviews to understand existing controls and develop recommendations for enhancements in several areas including, syndication revenue, manual billings, participation payments, etc. This role will report to the Controller and is located in Chicago.

 

Responsibilities:

 Oversee Month End and Year End closeFinancial statement preparation and General ledger maintenanceManage the team of three accountants

 

Requirements:

 Bachelor degree in accounting or finance5 - 10 years of relevant experienceCPA certification a must Management experience is mustMust have Microsoft Office experienceMust have manufacturing, strong technical accounting knowledge and personality indicative of Controller potential
