Assistant Controller/Assistant Treasurer

Our growing company is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Assistant Controller/Assistant Treasurer. This position is responsible for providing quality, efficient accounting services and oversight on a global basis and managing Treasury relationships where required.

Key Responsibilities: Manage worldwide accounting and consolidations Prepare required financial reporting to internal management and relevant outside agencies; support tax functional requirements Prepare for and manage the external audit process Manage and account for captive insurance program Oversee the Shared Services functions, billing/revenue management and owned assets Provide Treasury and cash management support

Qualifications: BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or related field 8-10 years of relevant work experience Prior management/supervisory experience required CPA preferred Strong accounting and analytical skills Ability to acclimate quickly to new environments, systems and processes Demonstrated ability to manage groups with varying degrees of professional experience Ability to assemble, develop and manage high performance work teams Ability to delegate, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines Strong process orientation with track record of process improvement Ability to evaluate, document and drive compliance with control procedures. Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally at all levels of the organization and generate credibility with Corporate and field personnel Must be customer focused and output driven with commitment to achieve deadlines and stringent quality levels
