You are invited to join a respected and successful team in a growing industry by applying today.What would you be doing?As our client’s Assistant Corporate Controller, you would be tasked with overseeing day to day accounting functions for the parent company. Your responsibilities would include: Supervising and mentoring three to four direct reports Maintaining accounting integrity in the organization and all subsidiary accounting groups Providing financial statement analysis as needed for the Corporate Controller Overseeing the monthly close accounting processes Consolidating and preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and statements of cash flows Driving the annual audit processes Enforcing policies and procedures for financial and accounting processes throughout all business divisions Collaborating with the Controller to establish and implement departmental goals Reviewing the general ledger and monthly journal entries for accuracy Monitoring the fixed asset system and compliance regarding expense reporting and debt covenants Coordinating quarterly reviews and year-end audits with external auditorsIs this the job for you?We’re looking for a seasoned accounting professional who has a familiarity with international business and accounting practices.
