The ideal candidate must be capable of advancing to the position of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) after producing results and orientation. The Assistant must have broker dealer experience within a true banking environment. S/he must be able to bring existing customer relationships and establish a new client base; possess excellent management and people skills are required.
