We are in search of seasoned attorneys to join our Audit Defense team in Irvine, California.

 

Alliantgroup is seeking energetic, self-starting Associate Attorneys to assist clients in responding to state and federal tax audits so our clients may efficiently resolve issues.

 

Job responsibilities include working with clients to defend against audits initiated by government taxing authorities.  Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

• Assisting clients during examinations

• Presenting clients for interviews

• Negotiating with taxing authorities

• Mediating favorable resolutions for client

• Attending conference appeals

 

Alliantgroup is looking for experienced individuals with the following requirements:

 

• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience

• Team oriented

• Attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Discipline with regard to time management

• Membership in California State Bar
