We are currently seeking an Associate Manager - Accounting & Control to work at our Maple Grove location.

 

The Associate Manager - Accounting & Control will manage and lead all processes designed to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of actual financial results to internal and external stakeholders. This position will also be responsible for the design and execution of policies and procedures that lead to an effective control environment over transactional processing and financial reporting. The Associate Manager - Accounting & Control directly manages a team of five transactional processing professionals and will co-manage three other accounting/finance professionals.

 

The Associate Manager - Accounting & Control will be responsible for managing the monthly general ledger close process, leading the completion of the annual audits of our financial statements and benefit plans, supervising the gathering, timely reporting and payment of all local, state and federal taxes and will ensure compliance with any new accounting pronouncements or tax law changes.

 

A Bachelor's degree in accounting is required. MBA preferred. 4-6 years of related accounting experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is required, preferably within a corporate accounting department. Public accounting experience is a plus. CPA strongly preferred. A solid understanding of ERP systems is required, preferably SAP. Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required.
