Associate – Sales Support
Position:
alliantgroup is currently in search of an Associate to assist the Sales Director in the New York Region in order to grow revenue for the firm and maintain exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: Prepare proposals for existing clients. Follow up with clients for status of proposals. Track proposals and provide an updated report. Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings, gather materials for distribution and make other preparations for meetings, as required. Prepare various types of correspondence. Additional responsibilities, as required.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work remotely from homeAvailable to travel 50% of the timeInside or outside sales experience 3 years experience in an administrative support role Self-motivated; Hard-working; Detail oriented Excellent verbal communication and writing skills Extremely organized Great work environment and benefits
