Audit Analyst I / Audit Analyst II
Internal Audit Department

This is an Exempt position

Job Description:
The Audit Analyst position will work in a team atmosphere to perform “Risk Based” audits of ADM headquarter operations and facilities throughout the world. On each audit assignment the Audit Analyst will review, assimilate, and logically document work procedures performed for ADM entities with a focus on the “inherent risks” associated with each entity. Upon completion of each audit assignment, The Auditor will work with team members to provide ADM Management and the Board of Directors with analysis, information, and recommendations in an objective, accurate, and timely fashion.

Requirements:
• Position requires a BA or BS degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in public accounting.
• Posession of CPA designation or in progress of obtaining the CPA designation.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing to all levels of employees
• Must possess the ability to deal successfully with conflict
• Have the ability to balance multiple priorities to meet established deadlines
• Strong understanding of agriculture industry and basic geometry
• Candidate must be able to climb ladders up to 100 feet high
• Ability to travel 10 percent of the time going to ADM Entities Worldwide
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
