Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:  the Compliance Manager will manage all aspects of the Company’s global compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002.  They will design, implement and manage a SOX compliance program from the ground-up for a newly public, multi-national company with consolidated revenues exceeding $175 million.  They will assist the Controller with quality assurance programs over the internal audit function; and the Director of IT with security programs, processes, and audits as they relate to the integrity of financial data and reporting.  Qualified candidates will possess the following:  Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT, CPA, CIA or equivalent certification, SOX 302 and 404 compliance experience, knowledge of information systems compliance, a minimum of 5 years of experience in the above capacity, ability to travel a minimim of 15%, effective communication skills and proven track-record of success.  Interested candidates should email a Word attachment of their resume directly to:  angela.godfrey@ajilon.com All resumes are held in confidence.  Salary/Pay Rate: $100,000 - $150,000 DOE About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
