Location: Rutherford, NJ 07070Your location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Send this Job to a Friend Our client is a NYSE Health Care Company located in New Jersey traded on the NYSE.  We are looking for a Manager of Internal Audit to work with the Vice President of Internal Audit to develop and execute the annual audit plan.  This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual looking to work in a great environment working with a great team within a terrific culture.  Responsibilities: ·  Manage multiple audit engagements, ensuring all audit risks are identified and addressed, the audit completed on a timely basis.·  Actively engaged in audit process to fully understand the company’s risks and business activities.·  Prepare audit reports for Senior Management and Audit Committee.·  Develop departmental staff.·  Work with VP of Internal Audit to identify, develop and implement departmental initiatives and process improvements.·  Lead special project engagements.·  Insure internal controls, which focus on business and financial risks that can be certified as part of Sarbanes Oxley 404. Qualifications: ·  Bachelor Degree in Accounting preferred.·  CPA or CA Required.·  6 to 8 years experience with 3 years in Public and 2 years as a Supervisor.·  Excellent communication skills.·  10-15% domestic travel.  Some international travel. Please send a copy of your resume in Word format only to pmresumes@hudson.com About Hudson Financial Solutions Hudson Financial Solutions is a practice of Hudson.
