AUDIT MANAGER RESPONSIBILTIES:Responsible for all phases of an audit, compilation or review engagement for public and private clientsPerform preliminary and final analytical reviewsResearch technical accounting issuesPromote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clientsCommunicate progress of engagements, problems and resolutions to clientPlan, schedule and staff engagements using firm policies and proceduresReview and maintain budgetsSupervise staff and provide on-the-job trainingAssist with the career development of team members





QUALIFICATIONS:



BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university Five years of current and/or recent financial statement audit experience within a public accounting firm. Licensed CPA SEC experience preferred but not required Supervisory experience Applied working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS and PCAOB Auditing Standards Able to meet client requirements and provide exceptional services Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills Excellent project management skills
