Audit Principal $150k-$180k + Bonus/Equity

We are expanding our Professional Services Group consisting of Resource Accounting and Personnel One in the South Florida market.The Resource Accounting group is currently in search of an Audit Principal. Please feel free to visit our websites at: http://www.employbridge.net/ & http://www.resourceacctg.com/ for more information regarding our ever expanding organization.As a result of continued growth, our client now has the opportunity for an executive-level Audit practitioner to play a lead role in building and managing our client’s Audit Services Division.  This individual will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of Audit Services for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries.  We view this position as integral to our client's Audit Division with a genuine fast track to Partner. Responsibilities: Demonstrate track record of practice building and client management by effectively identifying, selling, and delivering Audit Services to clients. Interaction with clients to provide innovative Audit, Operational, and Financial Audit expertise. Market, sell, design, and implement Audit-planning strategies for clients and manage to budget. Oversee the efforts of client service teams on client engagements. Manage, develop, train and mentor staff and senior staff. Review and maintain budgets. Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality. Use appropriate resources and technology. Deliver projects/engagements on time, within budget and to client's satisfaction. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years public accounting experience (Big 4 or large regional experience a plus), specifically progressive Audit consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate and public accounting experience.· Knowledge and experience dealing with mergers, transactions, and restructurings for clients. Should hold Bachelors in Accounting with CPA license. Ability to manage and develop staff in a team environment. Demonstrated experience in practice development, business development, and management. Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
