Manages simultaneous engagements efficiently. Demonstrates high technical competence and makes decisions based on research, interpretation of standards and generally accepted practices. Provides innovative solutions. Understands client related industries. Plans strategies designed to account for and appropriately address risk. Assists with the development of staff. Reviews financial statements and related technical accounting issues. Develops his or her related practice. Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and research skills. Has working knowledge of paperless audit systems.
