Job DescriptionAudit Staff level: 0-2 years of experience$50,000 - $60,000Responsibilities of both Staff Auditor: Carry out the day-to-day activities of audit engagements of various clients Attentive in following audit engagement instructions provided by supervisors Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to supervisors Identify performance improvement opportunities Interact with clients to ensure that information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient Develop an understanding of client’s business Assist with preparation of financial statements
Job Requirements
Requirements and Desired Qualifications: Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least a 3.0 GPA will be considered for Audit staff opportunities. Undergraduate degree in Accounting and working towards CPA certification Recent public accounting experience Excellent analytical, technical and auditing skills Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Able to meet challenging client requirements and deadlines Knowledge of computerized audit preparation software

Additional experience preferred but not required: Audit experience with nonprofit organizations Familiarity with OMB Circular A133
