Our continued growth and success has created an opportunity for Auto Loan Collectors at our expanding call center in Phoenix, Arizona.  We are looking for talented Auto Loan Collectors for all stages of pre charge off collections.  If you are a results-driven, career-minded, self-starter with a proven track record of success, we want to meet with you!

 

Responsibilities

 

·  Contact customers by phone to advise them of their loan contract responsibility.

·  Persuade customers to bring their delinquent accounts current.

·  Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements with customers.

·  Research and investigate high-risk accounts using creative skip-tracing methods.

·  Initiate repossession process on accounts in jeopardy of charge-off.

·  Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of integrity.

 

Qualifications

 

·  2-years demonstrated consumer collection experience.  Auto collections a plus.

·  Late stage collection experience preferred.

·  In-depth skip tracing ability.

·  Knowledge of FDCPA regulations.

·  Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills.

·  Organizational and problem solving skills; telephone and computer skills.

·  Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desired.

·  Must be able to pass our criminal, credit, drug testing, and background check.

 

Work Schedule

 

·  Standard work schedule includes evening and weekend hours.

·  This position does require some paid over-time hours.

·  A total compensation package of $30K to $50K consisting of a base salary and monthly performance based bonuses.
