BSA Trainer

Susquehanna is looking for a Bank Secrecy Act Trainer who would be responsible for providing Bank Secrecy Act training to all employees; identifying areas of deficiencies and develop appropriate training programs to address those deficiencies; building and maintaining strategic alliances with business partners to determine corporate needs; researching and designing training materials of a variety of formats; and delivery of training in a classroom or seminar setting.

For the Bank Secrecy Act Trainer position, top candidates will possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or Organizational Development

Extensive knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act regulation

Three years of previous training experience

Willingness to travel for extended periods of time throughout our corporate footprint

Retail selling experience

General understanding of Loss Prevention and Fraud.

Attention-to-Detail

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Strong comfort level presenting training materials to all levels off staff, up to and including Senior Management and Board members.
