MACTEC’s San Diego office is seeking a senior-level Business Manager to work with a large staff on multi-leveled corporate issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years experience making recommendations and problem-solving with a team of managers on complex business decisions including: negotiation of government contracts, responding to contract audits, forecasting and trending operational/financial data.

Qualifications:

·  BS or MS in Business, Finance or Accounting

·  Prior DoD experience required

·  Minimum 10 years experience with all aspects and regulations of federal, state & local government accounting/finance (FAR, GAAP, CAS)

·  Demonstrated management and leadership ability in supervising diverse functions and prioritizing

·  Prior experience within engineering, environmental and/or construction industry a plus but not required
