Requirements are 2 to 3 years experience in an agency setting, knowledge of agency software and a P&C license.  We have temp, temp-to-hire opportunities available and pay rate is based on experience.    Loss Control Director - We have a need in Columbia, MD for a Loss Control Director.  The salary for this temp to hire position will be between $50K-$65K, depending on level of experience.  The Loss Control Director will provide Loss Control Surveys and Evaluations to Underwriting for determining the acceptability of Risk, assist clients in identifying safety issues and plans of action to reduce exposure to loss, conduct Safety Surveys on all new and existing Workers’ Compensation accounts, develop, submit and follow up Safety Recommendations and Suggestions received as a result of surveys, review and analyze Loss Results and Trends and develop and implement Plans of Action where needed, schedule and conduct SIG Safety and Claim committee meetings and assist clients with safety related questions and issues and provide Educational Safety materials.    Do NOT hesitate; send your resume to the Professionals at Insurance Overload Staffing.... your future is waiting!!
