Local Bank holding company interanl audit department is growing and has positions for staff auditors, lead auditors, and compliance auditors.  We need self starters who are looking for a chanllenge, have good communication skills, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.  Our staff works closely with management and employees of client banks to analyze operations, lending, compliance, and policies and procedures and then report findings and recommendations to management and the board.

Qualified candidates should have a degree in accounting, finance, or related field and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.  Prior audit experience, background in lending or regulatory compliance is a strong plus.  Experience supervising and planning audits a very strong plus.  Individuals must be able to comply with all confidentiality policies and requirements.  Occasional travel required for branch audits.
