Bi-Lingual Staff G/L Accountant

National Manufacturing Company located in the East Valley currently seeks a Bi-Lingual G/L Accountant.  This position offers excellent compensation, benefits and growth potential! 

Position Summary:  Staff Accountant will prepare and process monthly closing journal entries for assigned divisions.  Additionally, position will maintain monthly Account Reconciliations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Complete month-end close procedures for assigned divisions including processing all General Ledger Journal Entries.Prepare monthly/weekly bank reconciliations for various cash accounts.Prepare monthly account reconciliations for all balance sheet entries.Work with Division Controller to ensure the integrity of all financial statements. Identify accounting descrepancies and offer potential company-wide solutions. Assist with special accounting projects as needed.

Key Competencies and Qualifications:  B.A. Degree in Accounting; Finance or related field.  Excellent communication and organizational skills.  Ability to work as part of a team and individually.  Positive attitude and ability to adapt to a changing environment.  Bi-Lingual English/Spanish.  Experience with JD Edwards a plus.
