Big Four/Fortune 500 Audit - Make a Move for Professional Growth!

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant from the Big Four or a Fortune 500 Internal Audit Manager with process manufacturing experience (preferred) for a $1+B privately held Global manufacturer and provider of specialty chemicals.  Their business is recession proof – and they have grown more than 50% since going private in 2003!

 

In this New Jersey-based assignment, the Senior Manager of Internal Audit/Business Advisor will have significant impact on the business, and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a global platform. This is a new high-visibility role for a high potential candidate who is looking for a growth opportunity with a company on the move! This is a two year assignment, leading to Management roles in Financial Planning and Analysis, Audit, or Treasury.

 

Supporting the VP of Internal Audit, a dynamic Manager who is known for his employee development skills, the Senior Manager will not only be involved in operational and compliance audits, risk assessments, investigations and special projects, but will also be a resource for:Quality Assurance and Process Design/RedesignAcquisition Financial Due DiligenceStrategic Business Advisory and Business Planning ServicesBusiness Risk Mitigation



For these reasons, we believe qualified candidates will possess strong (financial) technical skills, demonstrated maturity and business acumen, and the confidence to work in an advisory role with all levels of management – particularly at the senior levels. Additional requirements include:4 – 6 years of Audit experience – internal or externalA CPA or CA The ability to travel up to 50% of the time – including international travelAn MA, MBA, advanced Systems Degree, or Six Sigma Certification is a plusThe desire and ability to work “hands-on” – independently or within a team environmentOutstanding verbal and written communications skills with the ability to obtain buy-in from all levels of managementDemonstrated leadership skills and the desire to be a future Financial, IT or Process leader within the company
