Job Summary: Answer inbound calls regarding insurance inquiries from customers and agents. Document system with updated insurance information. Skills and Qualifications: 1 year customer service experience Must have some type of call center experience Excellent customer service skills Basic computer (Microsoft Office) and typing skills required Multitasking ability required Bilingual (SPANISH) is a must!
