CPA firm (one of the Big 4) in Downtown LA is seeking a qualified candidate who has experience in Tax preparation, research, and consulting.  

Must be Bilingual in Japanese and English (speak, read and write).

VISA transfer OK. (only H1B transfer)

 

Location: Downtown Los Angeles

Department: Tax Group Japanese division

Tax Senior: $70K-80K/yr

Tax Manager: $90K-$120K/yr

Monday to Friday

8:30AM-5:30PM

 

The Japanese Services Group Tax practice has a Tax Senior and Manager position.  This division's tax practice provides tax-consulting services to major corporations regarding a variety of domestic and international corporate tax matters.  This division serve more than 300 Japanese-related corporations and provide more than 1500 Japanese nationals with tax preparation and consultation services. 

This division is the largest Japanese service tax team in the West, assisting our clients dealing with cross-border international tax as well as US domestic income and other tax issues and planning opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

- Tax preparation, research, and consulting.

 

Requirements:

- Bilingual, fluent Japanese speaking and writing is mandatory

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

- Master's Degree in Taxation is a plus

- CPA certification is a big plus – not mandatory

- Senior: 3 - 5 years experience required

- Manager: 5years or more experience required
