Bilingual Japanese Finance Manager

The company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese Finance Manager.  Responsible for cash flow management and banking, supervises cash application operations, evaluates outcome of daily cash transactions, and take action for any unusual transactions.Supervises accounts payable clerks and sets up risk controls if necessary, responsible for maintaining all affiliates accounts including investment accounts.Responsible for miscellaneous tax filing such as sales taxes, property taxes, business license, etc.Coordinates, prepares and reviews tax information schedules with independent tax preparer for filing of income/franchise tax returns.

Reviews tax provisions and assesses FIN48 tax liabilities.Prepares information for government agencies by consulting with independent auditor.Responsible for assisting with financial planning and budgeting.Supervises the accounting and finance activities of other offices, make recommendations, and facilitates any requirements.  This position has supervisory responsibilities.  If interested please email your resume by word attachment including your current and minimum salary range, why you left/are looking to leave the company.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting or equivalent from four year college or university; and/or five to seven years finance/accounting experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.In depth knowledge of all phases of accounting and finance procedures.  Knowledge of state, federal, and international tax laws and regulations.  Computer proficient.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
