Bilingual Recovery Specialist

The CMI Group is seeking experienced Bilingual Recovery Specialist to work as part of our Call center team.  Successful candidate must be dependable, possess excellent telephone and customer service skills, and a team player.  Candidate will provide bilingual third party collection services for the telecommunication industry. 

 

Responsibilities/Requirements include:



· Prior 3rd Party Consumer Collections or Customer Service Call Center a Plus!

· Must be very Dependable 

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Money Motivated

· Able to type at least 20 wpm while talking with customers

 

Must be Bilingual (Spanish) to be considered for position.
