Billing and Collections Specialist- CT Group is currently seeking a full-time/part-time Billing and Collections Specialist in our Hauppauge, LI office. CT Group is an unloading service provider to the Wholesale Food Industry. We currently employ over 150 individuals in NY, NJ, PA, and TX in 8 locations. Knowledge of warehousing, transportation & logistics helpful. Qualified candidates must be customer service oriented with strong telephone & organization skills and ability to work independently. Duties will include Billing: generating invoices utilizing MAS90 (Will Train). Collections: manage customer balances. As well as other clerical duties; filing, faxing etc.
