Billing Clerk - To $34K

Responsibilities include:  * Ensuring proper filing of invoices and documentation* Distributing and checking reports on a daily and monthly basis* Preparing, inputting and balancing various billings in SAP* Processing plant shipments, plant returns, customer claims and credit and debit memos* Maintaining control state price files* Backing up other co-workers* Other special projects as assignedRequired Skills: The ideal candidate will have their Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.  Must be proficient in Word and Excel, SAP is a huge plus!  Benefits: Our client has very nice offices, business casual dress and EXCELLENT BENEFITS THAT START DAY 1!!  Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
