IMS, Inc. is currently seeking a Billing/Collections clerk. Responsiblities include:

 Maintain contract log;Responsible for monthly invoicing;Receive PO’s;Primarily responsible for coordinating customer collections on invoices.Will be responsible for fielding customer calls concerning invoices and services, and passing them on as necessary;Provide backup phone coverage to the Receptionist as needed;Additional administrative duties as requested.

 

Qualifications:Minimum 2 years experience in billing & collectionsPrevious data entry experience preferably in construction or property management field.   Proficiency required in MS Office 98.  Accurate typing 50+ wpm.  Good verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in spelling, grammar, punctuation and formThe ability to work well with others, follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, maintain priorities, meet deadlines, and willingness to maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.  General office administration skills.  Pleasant phone voice and professional attitude and appearance.High school diploma or equivalent; college or related business school desirable.
