Billing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:Assist in the billing process by reviewing electronic customer files and pulling contracts to verify installation price and recurring revenue amounts to prepare bill. Verify customer billing information in Navision and make any changes such as name, phone number or billing address. Post credits to correct any billing errors, process equipment returns or credit services for a promotional program. Perform accounts receivable duties as related to billing or customer payments or cash posting as required.  Perform other services as required.

Minimum Qualifications:Previous experience relating to automated billing of 2-4 years. Experience utilizing a customer database preferably in a Windows environment. Extremely detailed and organized. Strong math skills. (Must enjoy working with numbers.) Proficient in Word and Excel. Experience related to general contractor and/or electrical contractor billing.
