Billing Manager

Our client, an international services company located on the border of Philadelphia and Delaware Counties is in need of a Billing Manager.  In this highly visible position, the incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the management of the Billing Department, which includes personnel management, oversight of daily work flow, process management, training, ensure accuracy of invoices, assist with monthly closing, perform account reconciliation, & work in conjunction with groups and departments within the company.

 

The ideal candidates possesses a BS Degree in business, accounting or related field, prior management experience is required, 3+ years of billing experience within a high volume department, process improvement experience desired, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities and have a team player mentality.
