Billing Specialist

We have an immediate opportunity in our St. Louis office for a Billing Specialist to join the Accounting team. This position will provide clerical and accounting services to designated areas within the organization. Responsibilities • Process and distribute billing worksheets to Project Managers • Track and follow up on missing worksheets • Prepare client billings in accordance with instructions provided by Project Managers • Assemble and mail client invoices with necessary documentation • Scan, index and retrieve data from imaging system • Assist all staff in retrieving data from PeopleSoft • Resolve billing discrepancies • Perform other related and ad hoc duties as assigned Qualifications • Familiar with basic accounting terminology • Possess excellent communication, grammar, and phone skills • Ability to work independently and show initiative • Ability to meet deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Fleishman-Hillard’s reputation for quality, creativity, and results is the foundation of our distinguished status in the industry.
