Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant

Job Description: The bookkeeper will report directly to the Controller of the company.


Responsibilities:

 A/R, A/P, payroll and expense tracking,  Ability to multi-task; Good communications skills- ability to clearly articulate point to employees and management  Handling sensitive and confidential business matters, and assisting with special projects Ability to pro-actively manage work load while working in a busy environment

 

Requirements:

 Detail oriented, with general bookkeeping experience Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a high volume environment Must have advance computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Associates degree in accounting preferred but not required 2 to 5 years relevent work experience preferred
