Bookkeeper / Administrator

An environmental engineering company located in Oxnard, CA is searching for a highly professional bookkeeper.  The company provides a positive working environment with benefits.  The candidate must meet the following criteria:

 Minimum of 5 years related accounting experience. Very proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office. Manage company payroll on weekly basis using Quickbooks Payroll. Must be skilled in accounting and control for G/L, A/R & A/P. Strong reconciling skills. Cash Flow Management. Administer personnel information. Professional and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
