We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Bookkeeper.  Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  Accounts Payable/Receivable Collections Bank Reconciliations Preparation of Cash Flow Analysis Reports weekly Processing Bi-monthly Payroll (for approx 30 employees) Pay monthly & Bi-monthly Payroll Liabilities Process Quarterly & Yearly Payroll Returns Assist Office Manager & Partners as needed  

 

Required Qualifications:

  Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a full charge bookkeeper Extensive QuickBooks Experience in the following areas: Payroll Processing, Payroll Tax Returns, Set up & Maintenance of Payroll Deductions, Check Writing, Invoicing, Chart of Accounts, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations, etc. Extensive Payroll experience & knowledge outside of QuickBooks is a MUST Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a MUST MUST have a sense of urgency with all tasks and duties  Must be able to work independently Must work well under pressure Detail oriented Efficient Reliable Human Resources Experience is a Plus Must be comfortable with managing typical office duties & performing clerical functions when needed
