Brokerage Commisions Manager

Brokerage Commission Processing -Complete ownership and accountability of entire BC function -Full understanding of BC process -Monthly reconciliation of all BC accounts to MAS90 -Responsible for ensuring the BC balances are accurate -Monthly BC payout to Distributors -Ensure that BC collections are being proactively managed -BC Analysis as required -Supervise BC Analyst -Brokerage Commission Distributor Reconciliation Project Manager to ensure completion of Distributor Reconciliation Project including: -Finalizing requirements for initial rollout -Working with Distributors to gather data during testing phase -Define process for resolving reporting issues when vendors pay incorrectly -Determining staffing needs -Determine go live rollout plan Other Responsibilites -Monthly BC Bonus Accrual -Accounting assistance in other areas as time permits Qualifications -Accounting degree preferred -Solid understanding of general accounting principles -Minimum 3 years of professional work in an accounting role -Ability to take full charge responsibility for BC Function -Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills -Strong understand of computer systems and ability to quickly learn new technology -MAS 90 experience preferred but not required Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
