Responsibilities: Become an integral part of the budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and reporting processPrepare and analyze budgets and financial projections and provide insight into process and contentDevelop, analyze and enhance current operating reports (i.e. gross margin reporting)Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast (spending, head count, productivity metrics), understand source of variances and present financial results/estimates to finance managementUpdate quarterly and annual company forecasts as requiredAssist in the 10Q/10K preparation/audits from a financial scheduleRecommend cost control and profit improvement measures to improve operating performanceDemonstrate good financial/accounting business practices Heavy volume of ad hoc reporting and analysis as the Company is in high growth mode both domestically and internationallyExecute special project assignments as neededRequirements: A minimum of a BS in Accounting or FinanceA minimum of 2 years of financial analysis and excel modelingDemonstrated experience with SAP,Lawson or Business ObjectsProven ability to analyze large amounts of quantitative data effectivelyDemonstrated ability to work well in teams and under tight deadlines Duff & Phelps is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment.
