This role will require working with diverse groups, including Accounting, I/S, T&D, and with an outside vendor. Responsibilities include: fit / gap analysis, documentation of project deliverables, participant in business process improvement, providing expertise at Asset Accounting functional level, execute activities assigned, documenting / communicating / resolving project issues, and providing knowledge transfer.Required:Thorough understanding of Asset Accounting processes and concepts in a electric utility environment. Knowledge of FERC accounts and rules Experience in complex integration projects Experience with electric utility financial processes and work management systems Experience with the work order life cycle as it relates to a projects accounting system B.A. or B.S. in accounting is required with five years of experience using integrated accounting software. Excellent communications skills Preferred:Knowledge of PowerPlant and MaximoBehavior Characteristics: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
