Business Analyst with Documentum Experience!

Galleria area company with a large global presence seeking a contract Business Analyst with excellent Documentum experience. Edit Excel spreadsheets and verify data is correct against the GSAP database Provide editing support to the SAP-based information portal Provide basic support to assist users with transferring their documents to Documentum Specifications for application development Benchmark for evaluation of reporting deliverables Analyze requirements against available data to determine gaps Go between users and development to resolve gaps or adjust requirementsAnalyze Functional Spreadsheets against Global SAPProvide updates to Excel spreadsheets to consolidate changes from other worksheets to one worksheet. Compare spreadsheets with current GSAP reports and identify discrepancies Review discrepancies with HR managers to determine whether or not GSAP updates are needed Collect updates for review

Assist with Maintenance of HR Documentum and PortalProvide problem-solving activities to identify and help resolve user issues Work with on-site third party to action security model/access changes Use the SAP editor to published approved documents and updates to the HR Portal Maintain user and administrative documents for both Documentum and the Portal

Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience in Business Analysis, IT Systems Analysis, or Software Project ManagementBusiness Analyst experience Technical Writing/Requirements Documentation experience Advanced Microsoft Office user; Visio, Excel, Word Experience with document management systems (Documentum preferred) Experience in Project Management, HR or people systems a plus
