Business Analysts: (1) Accounting Systems  (2) Web Platforms

We have immediate openings for TWO Business Analysts at our Corporate Headquarters in Los Angeles.  These individuals will work closely with our Senior Vice President to drive the development of system enhancements.

 

Specific Scope and Responsibilities

The business analysts will work closely in the space between business users and IT architects to gather, interpret, document, and review business and functional requirements for multiple application development projects. Other responsibilities include: Determining feasibility, identifying options, and recommending solutions to address business needs. Conducting structured walkthroughs of requirements with business and project team members. Coordinating and participating in the analysis and documentation of enhancements, changes, issues, and defects found in testing.

Required Skills

· Must have excellent skills in oral and written communication and presentations, and thorough proficiency with English grammar.Must have excellent organizational skills. Must have excellent analytical skills.

· Must have at least 1 year experience with facilitation of business requirements gathering.

· Must have a working familiarity with object-oriented development concepts, particularly as related to writing use cases and tracking change requests and defects.

· Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work independently

· Must have 1 to 3 years as a business analyst, or related experience.



 

Required Experience

· Business Analyst – Financial:  This position requires working familiarity with GAPP accounting principles.  Though the hiring firm is privately held, familiarity with SOX compliance is a plus.

· Business Analyst – Web:  This position requires an online application background.



 

Compensation

ATI offers a comprehensive compensation package including medical and dental insurance subsidy, life insurance, long term disability insurance, 401k retirement plan with company match and travel benefits.  Salary is commensurate with experience, and is structured as a base plus bonus.
