Who we are:

We are a locally owned Phoenix based company with three offices in Arizona and a staff of 15.  We currently support over 5,000 clients in the following areas:

Tax Planning, Accounting, Payroll, Insurance & Investments

We have built a small business consulting model that is well accepted by the middle market business owner.Our staff, software and services all work together in helping us to help the client with multiple financial services/needs. 

We are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have or develop the ability to identify and consult with the business owner/partner/manager regarding one to several services.  We supply leads and require the candidate to develop some also.  We have internal cross selling opportunities.  A strong outside sales experience is a plus.  The candidate will posses consultive sales skills and aggressive marketing skills.

The Potential:

Our average business client will generate annually between $5,000 & $10,000 of company revenue.This company revenue is comprised of: accounting, payroll, insurance & investment fees.  Most of our competition will support one or two services.  Very few can support all of these small business services.  Your potential earnings/pay will be a percentage of the above mentioned annual revenue.  We will also provide residual income in years 2 and 3.
