Provide support for business development and marketing initiatives and team including support to Marketing Manager, Business Development Director, Office Business Line Leaders, Partners and/or Managers. Proposal, presentation and sales materials development. Maintain local sales materials inventory and promotional items inventory. Database and list maintenance. Support for marketing and business development activities, including events logistics coordination, e-mail or direct mail campaigns execution, basic administration, vendor relationships, etc. Research on target companies, clients, competitors, market trends, etc. Support for business development and marketing reporting. Bachelors degree 3+ years marketing/sales support or relevant administrative experience Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
