Product Overview:
Vitech offers Equitrak, a powerful enterprise solution designed to meet the front and back office needs of the Alternative Asset community. Offering powerful functionality for investment and partnership administration, it was specifically designed to meet the requirements of fund sponsors, institutional investors, investment advisors and third party administrative service firms worldwide. Equitrak delivers comprehensive functionality for a full spectrum of Private Equity operations, from Direct and Fund-of-Funds investment administration, to Contribution and Distribution processing, to Partnership allocations and Capital Account Maintenance. Equitrak includes capabilities for Management fee and IRR processing, multi-currency operations, Deal Flow management, and even tax reporting.
Equitrak also includes powerful enterprise capabilities including General Ledger operations, customer relationship management, document processing and management, and almost limitless internal and external reporting.
Vitech’s Equitrak product is now in its fifth major release. Position Overview:
Vitech is seeking an effective Business Development Associate to help the organization expand its presence and its client base within its target markets, and within related corollary markets. This individual will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through an aggressive program of marketing initiatives and direct contact relationship management.
Vitech is looking for someone who is not only business savvy and able to deal with a wide range of people, but also a wide range of responsibilities. Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial, hands-on, and independent problem-solvers. The company seeks bright, results-driven, sophisticated and polished individuals with a strong accounting foundation coupled with a sound sales approach. The candidate must understand accounting solutions and be familiar with private equity fund administration.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3-5 years of business development experience and at least 2+ years of experience selling to the financial services sector. Experience selling Accounting solutions is a must. Highly effective communication skills (both written and verbal) are critical to the position. Potential candidates must also have a strong background in the selling of integrated system solutions.
Regular travel is required for this position.
Local candidates are highly preferred (no relocation will be provided).
