The California Enterprise Zone Tax Credit is one of the most lucrative tax credits in the country and will be the primary sales focus for the successful candidate.In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for soliciting new business, developing client relationships, identifying opportunities and building market awareness within the assigned territory. This includes identifying qualified businesses opportunities.* Developing sales strategies and creating marketing and promotional materials to effectively position and sell the California Enterprise Zone Program to qualified businesses.* Partnering with external and internal business sources to achieve sales success. Required Skills:** Minimum of 3-5 years of success in advanced sales.** Experience in developing and building a new sales territory as well as the ability to sell a multi-product line of products and services. ** Strategic problem solving and negotiation skills. ** Superior analytical and communication skills.** Effectively utilize relationship management software.** Some travel may be required.
