Business Manager

The Restaurant Manager maintains all aspects of the accounting functions for the business unit including: preparation of the timeliness and accuracy of reconciling daily sales to cash, processing of accounts payable, updating and reporting of daily labor, weekly forecasting and management of forecast, identify and implement internal controls in coordination with the home office, assist home office Accounting Manager with period end closing process and other special projects as assigned. A key factor for success in this position is taking a hands-on approach in working with the General Manager and operations management team with insuring adherence to Company policies, procedures and internal controls.  Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, 2-3 years restaurant or hospitality operations knowledge, use of Excel, as well as good communications and organizational skills.  Only candidates meeting the above minimum criteria should apply.
